Refund Policy
We believe in fair, straightforward policies. Below are the terms governing refunds for Niobium Cloud subscriptions.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for First Orders
On your first paid order, you are entitled to a full refund within 7×24 hours from the time of settlement, no questions asked.
Duplicate Charges or Technical Failures
If duplicate charges occur due to network retries, or if you were charged but your entitlement failed to activate, we will refund the charge in full.
Extended Service Interruptions
If Niobium Cloud is completely unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days, you may request a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused days of your period.
Processing and Timeline
To request a refund, email admin@niobium.web.id with your Order ID and payment receipt. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
